For the interior, we’ve curated decor and furniture in bright colors (heavy of the pink, but also including an array of other bright hues), framed artistic renderings of flamingoes in artsy painting styles, decorated walls with classic golf clubs and accessories, and finished with plenty of LED based neon signs- each room as at least one “background” that is photo-op worthy.

The exterior is painted a combination of light and bright pinks with golf course views- especially stunning in the evening. The yard has many amenities including a hot tub, a gas chimnea, a patio with a shade umbrella and large dining table, a bbq grill, and a wood fire pit to relax around. You’ll also catch glimpses of our lawn flamingoes and neon flamingoes in the garden.

The house offers 2 private bedrooms- one with a king sized bed, and one with a queen sized bed, a spacious open concept living room/dining/kitchen area, and a den with additional sleeping & hang out space. As per community rules, we allow up to five guests, and you’ll find there is plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen is quite large, so if you intend to cook, you’ll be very comfortable here! Additionally, we offer espresso via a “super-automatic” espresso machine, along with a selection of tea. We provide the basics, including pots/pans, plates and glasses, silverware, etc. You’ll find Roku enabled TVs in the living room, den, and king sized bedroom.
