We’ve found that guests expect single-serve coffee instead of the traditional coffee pot. But, it was important to use that we not contribute to the coffee pod waste that has become a large contributor to waste. And, we wanted to provide a quality option- we know the PNW loves their coffee. We searched long and hard for a solution, and decided that a super-automatic espresso machine was the best way the balance quality with reduced waste without making things too complicated for our guests. It truly is "super-automatic," so even if you've never used an espresso machine before, you'll find it easy.

Additionally, our selection of teas come from B-corp certified Bigelow Tea company. They have some of the best practices in the tea industry, and use only renewable energy sources.

All of our cleaning products, including laundry and dish detergent are eco-friendly. This ensures that the woodland and waterway ecosystems will not be negatively affected, and guests will have a safe & clean place to stay. We use powdered detergents to reduce the impact of shipping heavy (water) products.
